In this session, we will go into any of the following spheres which speak to you. I will be Guided as to where to go when they overlap, so trust your process as healing is a type of flow. * Get out of your head, the analytical mind, & into your heart. * Get in touch with your false beliefs ("failure" / "useless" / "not good enough" / "worthless"...), unravel them & come home to the truth. * Trauma / Grief processing. Feel, experience, process, from a place of love, not fear. For e.g.: true sadness as opposed to despair. * Blockages - learn the vibrations you're putting into the universe through your motivational space. Learn how to co-create with the universe. * Body-Mind-Spirit - your body is constantly talking to you, what is it telling you? Learn how your experiences sit in your body. Your dis-ease is speaking. If you can't make a booking please cancel at least 24 hours before. Any cancellations done less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded.
