In this session, we will go into any of the following spheres which speak to you. I will be Guided as to where to go as they can overlap. Shadow Work & Quantum creation * Get out of your head, the analytical mind, & into your heart. * Release false beliefs ("failure" / "useless" / "not good enough" / "worthless"...), & come home to the truth. * Trauma / Grief processing. Feel, experience, process, from a place of love, not fear. For e.g.: true sadness as opposed to despair. * Blockages - learn the vibrations you're putting into the universe through your motivational space & beliefs. * Learn how to co-create with the Universe. Body-Mind-Spirit * Dis-Ease & Ailments - how is your body communicating with you? * Explore, work through and release that which you are deeply holding which is affecting your physical body, & your life around you * Dis-ease you hold may not even be yours Ancestral Chords or Past Life experiences * Explore, work through and cut chords to / release ancestral stories and trauma, and/or your own past life stories and trauma which you may have brought down with you. * What is showing up in your life, which may not be directly yours or which you are ready to release?
